Cancellation Policy

At Wheat Creek Outpost, we understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully to avoid disappointment:

  • 29+ days prior to reservation: Full refund of your deposit/payment.

  • 28–15 days prior to reservation: 50% refund of your deposit/payment. 

  • 14 days or fewer prior to reservation: No refund.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are based on the original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to, but not limited to, 14 business days for electronic processing. Some options may be quicker, or slower, than others. 

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, platform messages, or through our booking platform(s). Please follow 3rd party platform instructions for cancellations. 

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures, inclement weather (no “rain checks”), or for violations of our guest policies.

  • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.
