Cancellation Policy

At Wheat Creek Outpost, we understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully to avoid disappointment:

29+ days prior to reservation: Full refund of your deposit/payment.

28–15 days prior to reservation: 50% refund of your deposit/payment.

14 days or fewer prior to reservation: No refund.

Refunds are based on the original method of payment.

Please allow up to, but not limited to, 14 business days for electronic processing. Some options may be quicker, or slower, than others.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, platform messages, or through our booking platform(s). Please follow 3rd party platform instructions for cancellations.

No refunds will be provided for early departures, inclement weather (no “rain checks”), or for violations of our guest policies.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.
